Oatmeal Drink
Oats cleanse the intestines and liver and are packed with minerals, vitamins, and fiber.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 6 cups water, 1 cup organic whole oats
Preparation: Soak oats in water for 7 hours, rinse, add water and cinnamon. Drink with ice.
Peppermint Tea
Peppermint improves digestion and helps remove waste from the liver and colon.
Ingredients: 240ml water, 2 tablespoons (20 grams) mint leaves
Preparation: Boil mint leaves in water for 2 minutes, let steep. Drink every evening for three weeks, 30 minutes before bedtime.
