To practice these exercises you don’t need almost anything, just a little space and some weights that you can even get from bottles full of water.
1. Activation of the glutes
If you want to start seeing changes in the structure of your buttocks, it is absolutely recommended to start your training routine with this exercise.
Glute activation is one of the most effective exercises for working almost all of the glute muscles. Follow the image for references on the movement to perform.
2. Glute bridge
Lie on your stomach, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips off the floor, to form a straight line with your body from shoulders to knees. Pause, then bring your body back down.
