Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Cauliflower:

1 whole cauliflower, leaves removed and stem trimmed to be level with the head
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Tahini Sauce:

1/2 cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2-4 tablespoons water (for desired consistency)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
