Avocado Salad Dressing

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
If using fresh dill, double the amount called for.
As written, this recipe produces a fairly thick dressing that doubles nicely as a dip. You can easily thin it out with additional buttermilk if you prefer a thinner, more drizzly consistency.
