Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
Toss the potato slices in the oil mixture until they are well coated.
Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potato slices.
