Dairy boards

Negative three cups of sugar

– A little bit of baking soda

Two tablespoons of butter.

Getting ready.

1. Combine the milk, sugar, and baking soda in a pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until it starts to boil.

Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and the candy begins to turn a light brown color and comes off easily from the bottom of the pot. This should take around 1 hour or longer.

3. Turn off the stove, let it cool down a bit, and stir it again. This will make it thicker.

4. Spread butter on a big surface and pour the fudge on it.

5. Allow it to cool completely and then cut it into pieces.
