These pecan pie bars are a perfect way to not make a pie but instead have the same ingredients and flavor in a slightly quicker and easier process.
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
