low Cooker Hamburger Stew Recipe

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it’s no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
Transfer the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker.
Add the beef broth, diced onion, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, chopped celery, diced tomatoes (with their juice), frozen peas, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker, stirring well.
If you prefer a thicker stew, you can make a slurry by mixing 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour with 1/4 cup of cold water until smooth. Stir this mixture into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious slow cooker hamburger stew!
Feel free to customize this recipe by adding your favorite vegetables or herbs to suit your taste preferences. You can also serve it with crusty bread or a side salad for a complete meal. Enjoy!
