MARYLAND CRAB CAKES

Ingredients:
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon minced red onion
– 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice, adjusted to your taste
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
