For the Cream Cheese Filling
1 pound of cream cheese [2 eight ounce (250 gram) packages]
1 cup icing sugar powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean paste, or pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
For the strawberry topping
4 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
¾ cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch dissolved in ¼ cup cold water
