World of Baking offers a delicious selection of quick breads that rank among the easiest and tastiest options for bakers and eaters. As a morning dessert and as a sweet treat, you can never go wrong with it.
Among the countless breads we’ve baked, the ones with cream cheese in the dough stand out, which gives a wonderfully moist and rich texture. However, we realized that we did not dare to make a cake with cheese and peaches and decided that it was time.
In acknowledgment of the fleeting season of fresh peaches, we opted for canned peaches in this recipe, ensuring this delicious bread can be enjoyed all year round.
Of course, if you have fresh peaches on hand, we highly recommend using them. Cut the peach into small pieces to ensure it bakes evenly and delivers a delicious peach flavor with every bite. This recipe makes for a generously sized loaf, and making sure it’s evenly cooked in the middle is crucial.
