Mix the wet ingredients and set aside…
For dry ingredients.
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Combine the dry ingredients for the best.
Mix well and let sit for at least 5 minutes before cooking.
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 160°C FOR 25 MINUTES MAKES 16 CUPCAKES (30z)
