Add one 10g packet yeast
Stir and set aside for 10 minutes
In another bowl sift 6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
In yeast mixture Add quarter cup oil and 1 egg mix it
Add flour to the yeast mixture
Mix it well to make a sticky dough.
Add a heaped tablespoon butter or margarine
Knead for about 15 to 20 minutes
It will eventually be less sticky as you knead.
Rub the dough and bowl with oil and cover. Let it rise for 45 minutes. Press flat and make golf ball size buns and plase in buttered dish.
Cover and leave to rise for about 30 minutes
Egg wash with some egg and milk mix
Bake in preheated oven at 180 for +- 20 minutes.
When done rub some butter on top of buns
