Strawberry Pretzel Salad!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly grease a 13 x 9″ baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Stir well.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside and let it cool.
  4. Boil 2 cups of water and sprinkle in the strawberry jello. Stir until dissolved.
  5. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  7. Spread the filling over the cooled crust and place it in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
  8. Once chilled, lay the sliced strawberries in an even layer over the filling.
  9. Pour the dissolved jello mixture over the strawberries and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  10. Time to enjoy this irresistible dessert!
