Tater Tot Breakfast Bowl with Sausage Gravy

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
2. Bake tater tots according to package instructions, typically around 30 minutes, until golden and crispy.

3. Prepare sausage gravy using your preferred recipe. For an extra kick, add pepper flakes and cayenne powder to the gravy.
4. In a skillet, scramble the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until fully done but still moist.
5. Layer crispy tater tots at the bottom of each serving bowl.
6. Add a generous layer of scrambled eggs over the tater tots.
7. Top the eggs with a hearty pour of sausage gravy.
