Toast with Creamed Chipped Beef

Four tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of flour
A dash of cayenne
two glasses of milk
To taste, add sea salt and freshly cracked pepper.

Guidelines

The dried beef slices are quite salty, so be sure to thoroughly rinse them! After thoroughly rinsing, use a paper towel to pat dry.
Cut the steak into tiny, bite-sized chunks. Put aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Incorporate the flour and a small amount of cayenne pepper into the melted butter, whisking well for around 45 seconds.
Add the milk very gently while continuing to whisk constantly.
Add the chopped dry meat after adding all of the milk.
Simmer for a few minutes, stirring now and again, until the mixture thickens.
If necessary, taste and add sea salt and freshly cracked pepper for seasoning.
Serve right away over dry bread. Have fun.
