Turkey pastillas

Preparation
Spice blend
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Pastillas
In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, soften the onion and garlic in 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of the butter. Add the spice mixture and continue cooking for 1 minute. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Add the broth. Bring to a boil while stirring. Add the turkey, almonds, apricots and honey. Salt and pepper. Leave to cool.
Melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
On a work surface, brush 2 sheets of dough at a time with melted butter. Stack them in a star shape. Place an eighth of the filling in the center. Fold the dough over the filling to give the pastilla a round shape. Set aside on a large plate, folded side down. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
In a large non-stick pan over medium heat, brown the pastillas in the remaining melted butter for 3 minutes on each side. Add butter if needed. Place on a serving plate. Sprinkle with icing sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
