Thinly slice two or three zucchini and soak in salt water for fifteen minutes.
Thinly slice three big tomatoes.
One finely sliced pepper
5–6 minced garlic cloves

What to do:
Remove excess salt from the zucchini slices after steeping for 15 minutes. Rinse and set aside.

Top the stacked veggies with the sauce you just made.
