Crispy and Crunchy Chocolate Chip Italian Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
